Lord Jesus Christ,
I come before You with a humble and repentant heart.
According to your word which says: "Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me," I ask Your forgiveness for all my sins.
In your great mercy, wash me, purify me and make me worthy to approach your Holy Table.
Lord, I am not worthy to receive You, but only say the word and my soul shall be healed.
Grant me the grace to receive your Body and Blood with faith, love and humility.
May your Holy Communion strengthen my soul, purify my heart and transform me according to your will.
May your presence live within me, guide me, protect me, and help me to walk in holiness every day of my life.
Lord, I entrust to You my family and my in-laws.
Place your hand on each of them: guide them in your ways, heal them of all sickness, deliver them from all evil and fill their lives with your peace and your light.
I also pray for all the men and women of this world.
Forgive our sins, Lord, and spread your mercy throughout the earth.
May your love transform hearts and may your peace reign in the world.
Most loving Father, I thank You for all the blessings You perform each day in our lives.
I bless your Holy Name for your goodness, your faithfulness and your love which never runs out.
May everything be for your glory, today and forevermore.
