Are you suffering in your family, marital life? Do you experience loneliness badly because of being single or widowed? The vocation of the Louis and Zélie Martin sanctuary is to welcome, listen and pray especially for these intentions related to couples and families.
A triple mission which is becoming more and more concrete in Alençon with families and isolated people in difficulty, who come to seek the protection and intercession of Saints Louis and Zélie Martin.
The goal is for them to be able to say: “I came with my burden and I leave with hope”.
In the continuity of this mission, the sanctuary offers, since June 2021, a hotline anonymous national telephone line, for anyone with family difficulties and wishing to talk about it.

The volunteers at the Sanctuary offer you a caring listening ear in a pastoral setting. This service is intended to provide a listening and respectful ear, without judgment, advice or opinions. This is not a psychological or therapeutic approach, but simply a space for anonymous and confidential listening.
Please note: This service is not a listening cell dedicated to sexual violence or abuse. For these specific situations, we encourage you to contact the specialized listening cells of the diocese, the INIRR (Instance nationale indépendante de reconnaissance et de réparation) or the Commission Reconnaissance et Réparation (CRR).

Aware of the problems and sensitivity of each, the sanctuary offers this anonymous hotline, for anyone with family difficulties and wishing receive the support of the saints Louis and Zelie Martin.
Trained
The sanctuary deploys a team of sanctuary volunteers, trained by active listening professionals, will welcome you on the phone, and will take time to listen to you.
