Ouest-France – A comic strip for Saints Louis and Zélie
Ouest-France, June 5, 2020
The work retraces the important moments in the life of Saint Thérèse's parents. The religious fervor of the Martin family and their daily life in Alençon, in the 19th century.
The drawing and colors are both sober and precise and instantly invite you to dive into reading. We might believe it to be a historical comic strip if it didn't retrace the story of a family with a very pious life. That of Louis and Zélie Martin, originally from Alençon (Orne), canonized in 2015 and parents of Saint Thérèse.
